An update from Christmas Island…

Thank you to our many friends and followers from around the world who have checked in over the past few days to see how we are going amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are pleased to say that as at Tuesday 7th April, as advised by our Territory Controller, Christmas Island remains free of COVID-19 and Islanders and authorities are working very hard to keep it that way.

Christmas Island is currently closed to visitors as we do our part to assist with slowing the global spread of COVID-19.

If you have any queries regarding your upcoming travel to Christmas Island, our Visitor Centre team are here to help. Just send us a message. For those of you who are now unable to travel to the Island this year we ask you to please, please, please #postponedontcancel. When we come out the other side of this our operators will be ready and raring to go to once again share the magic of Christmas Island with our visitors.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Christmas Island when the time is right to travel again. Until then, stay safe friends…
