in aid of "Make-A-Wish" Foundation.
 
 
Saturday the 7th of September
         
$10 000(AUD) on offer to
any individual runner who wins the marathon
(1st across line) in less than 2hours 15minutes.
 
$5 000(AUD) on offer to
any individual runner who wins the marathon
(1st across line) in less than 2 hours 30 minutes.
 
$3 000(AUD) on offer to
any individual runner who wins the marathon
(1st across line) in less than 3hours
 
$1 000(AUD) on offer to
the fastest competitive team
(1st across line)
 
Competition Rules(AUD) 1. Only one prize per category.
2. Prizes not awarded will revert to the Make A Wish Marathon funds
3. Marathon Executive committee decision is final - No correspondence will be entered into.
         
$1 000(AUD) awarded to
any individual runner who wins the marathon
in a time better than the current record of 3 hours,
18 minutes and 38 seconds, set by Ross Parker in 1996.
         
All monies raised will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
