Get picked up at the airport on arrival and taken to your accommodation. The driver will show you the Island's necessities such as : Recreation Centre, Hospital, Shops, Restaurants, etc, on the way to your accommodation. On the day of your departure, you will be picked up from your accommodation 2 hours prior to departure of flight and taken straight to the airport. Includes bottle of water on arrival - $66 per car (max 4 persons) approx 30 minutes.
Thursdays
The HHH is a walking/running group of locals who meet every Thursday afternoon
at 4.30pm. at different locations. You will be picked up at 4pm from your
accommodation and taken to the starting point of the walk/run. Here you
meet your fellow walkers/runners. The run will take around 1.5 hours depending
on the route. Back at the starting point you have a chance to mingle with
your fellow hashers whilst enjoying a BBQ. You will be returned to your
accommodation around 8.00pm. Includes bottle of water and BBQ pack. Bring
running shoes, comfortable clothing and money for additional beverages if
required - $66 per person (min 2 persons) approx 4 hours.
On this trip we drive you to the golf course for a 9 hole session. After your golf you'll be taken to the Grotto for a cool down and some nibbles. Includes bottle of water, nibbles, golf club hire and green fees. Bring bathers, towel, etc - cost $66 per person (min 2 persons) approx 4 hours.
Saturdays
On movie night we will pick you up from your chosen
location at around 7.00pm and take you to the Outdoor Cinema. After the
movie you will be returned to your preferred drop off point. Pick up and
drop off can be different eg, accommodation, or restaurant. Pick up time
can be adjusted to suit your dinner plans. Includes movie fee, popcorn and
drink - $40 (1 person) $30 per person (2 people) or $25 per person (3 or
4 persons).
By appointment
Visit the Chinese Cemetery, Tai Jin House, the grave of the Unknown Sailor,
Christian Church, Mosque, Temple, Territory Day Park, suburbs and get the
story behind some of their names. Includes bottle of water - $140 per car
(max 4 persons) approx 2 hours.
By appointment
This tour takes you to the Island's more remote places, such as Martin Point,
LB4 Lookout, the Blowholes and Margaret Knoll. Final stop is Lily Beach
for a short stroll on the boardwalk. Includes bottle of water - $260 per
car (max 4 persons) approx 3 hours.
Combine Settlement Heritage Tour and Island Discovery Tour for $400 - lunch included.
Like to go to one of Christmas Island's beaches but don't want to drive yourself, or be restricted by tour times? Book us to drive you and pick you up at a time suitable to you. Bring your snorkel gear, picnic basket, drinks etc, and we will get you there and back. All drop offs are at the closest car park - $70 Lily, $75 Ethel, $110 West White, $110 Greta, $120 Dolly, $125 Hugh's Dale, $140 Martin Point, $200 Winifred (max 4 persons).
